Very soft and comfortable. It can be warm and I wish the velcro was longer so it could be tighter around the neck.

Pillow is soft to the touch but firm for support and well made. it provides great support for sleeping during travel. It doesn’t necessarily support your neck, it’s more like the feeling of lying on a pillow. There’s many comments of needing long neck for this pillow to work, but I think that’s because this pillow is designed to rest your face on the long side. Half of your face will feel covered. The Velcro let’s you decide how tight you want to be smothered. It is hot but I like that feature since I’m always freezing on planes so this was a plus for me.

I bought it for a 14 hr flight and it worked really well for me. I’ve only had a air pillow before so this is a great upgrade. My only complaint is that it’s a bit more bulkier than I liked but I can still fit it in my large purse.

I've tried SO many travel pillows and as best I can tell, they're all worthless except for this one! I have a long, skinny neck and my head always flops over to the side or forward, giving me horrible neck and back pain and facet syndrome that takes a week to recover from. This pillow has so many positions and options with the shape and adjustable Velcro I can comfortably rest my head in any direction without flexing more than a few degrees. It is really soft and comfortable while also supportive. My only critique is that I wish the Velcro was longer so that I could make it a bit snugger. This will definitely do for my trip ahead and I have a friend who sews a lot and can add more Velcro for the perfect fit. But like I said, I have a long, skinny neck, so this will do for most people.
